New Song: I Am The Mercy Factor!!!
Hey jerkweeds. We thought we'd give you one last reason to come out to the shows this weekend. I present, for you listening pleasure, I Am The Mercy Factor, featuring Alf Bartone! Alf's been known to sing in bands like Ex Number 5 and The Fire Still Burns, and is currently kickin' ass in (Damn) This Desert Air. Get the song and listen to it a lot. We'll be playing it all this weekend.

This has been the longest week in the history of mankind and I know when the weekend gets here it'll be over in the blink of an eye. So 'thank you' in advance to everyone who's coming out this weekend. If you're not coming to the shows and haven't pre-ordered the record yet, then maybe you should do so. I'm sayin'...

I think that's it. Enjoy the song, and here are the lyrics.

New News, Songs: It's soooo on!
It's come time for the final push for the 7" and for the shows next weekend. Sorry we've been pounding this into your head, but it's something we've all worked really hard to get together and we want to make it totally worth it. Bear with us...it'll all be over soon.

As you may or may not have noticed we re-designed the website. There's a few things there missing, but I'm sure you'll live. It was sweet and took quite a bit of work. So look at it now and Devildances blog. Also, if you missed the pictures of the Split getting pressed you can see them here.

We've also put together a Press Page for the 7", which pretty much has all the information you could ever need or want to know about the release, shows, bands, etc...

I guess actually that's all I've got for now. Still workin' on the new song "I Am The Mercy Factor" which hopefully I can slam out before the show for extra bonus fun. In the meantime. Check.Out.The.Press.Page.

New Shows: Maxwells [ALL AGES] & More News
Well it seems like it's finally happening. Everytime I update the 'news section' I feel like I'm Doogie Howser on his computer at the end of each episode...anyway...

The boys at Devildance got a little nervous as our records were getting made in the potential flood waters of the south, but rest assured the factory was safe and we all cheered in a circle. It didn't look weird at all, I promise. Rob also told us that the first 1,000 were going to be a special print, but the bastard wouldn't tell us what it was. We also found out some of our favorite distro's (like Revelation & No Idea) are going to pick up the record to sell, which got us more excited.

Our 7" release party weekend with Your Favorite Trainwreck is really shaping up to be a great time. Friday night at The Tavern is going to kick off the weekend and will most likely be the show we're 'most awake' at. The epic Casting Out will be playing as well as Go Falcon!

Saturday's show is still in the making, but we just got final confirmation on Sunday's show at Maxwells in Hoboken and it's ALL AGES, and relatively early! Plus we managed to get Atlantic / Pacific on the bill! Lucky us! Any how. We're selling tickets ahead of time and would really love if you buy them here.

Our acoustic show last Friday was pretty fun, and someone was kind enough to take me trying to pull off some songs with Fallon. You can check them out here and here. Yes, we actually played Teras for the first time ever!!! It was momentous bonding experience. Yes, we jumped around in a circle too.

That's all for now. Sorry for typing anything, ever...

New Shows Galore!!! Ex-N5, Fallon, YFT...
Hello guys. We just got a flurry of shows lined up through June. I can honestly say that so far this year we have, or are going to, played with some of the greatest people I've ever met in my life. Tomorrow we get to play with the talented Honah Lee down at Asbury Lanes. Then it's off to The Tavern to play with Let Me Run and the effin' Ex-Number 5 Reunion show. I've been assured by both Alf and Luke that it's going to be a very long and amazing night. Then we're off to Hackettstown for a good ole' basement show with the ever so talented EYESWAN & Go Falcon! Me, Bobby and the Leadbelly will be playing with The Fallon at The Court before he gets ready for 'American Slangs' album release. We've also been changing our pants daily because we got the good news from Jeff that Your Favorite Trainwreck will be coming to Jersey for our Split 7" release party (or parties as the case may be)...along with The Casting Out and Go Falcon! (at least for the kick off) Check out our shows page for all the details or go to our facebook page and come hang out and have a drink with us. We're pretty nice doods. We promise.

New Shows & Pictures & News: Yeah!?
It's been a while. I know. I'll keep this short. We finally got our masters off to Devildance to start the process of the making of the 7 inches. We also got the cover work back and I posted it up on our discography page. Jeff Caudill did it, and I honestly think it's amazing. We're pumped. You should be pumped. Looks like we're aiming at a May release date. By know you should know that our cover for the 7" is "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic" along with "1013 / One-Twenty Three" (with Frank "Leadbelly" Hernandez.) We got a couple of fun shows coming up including the Ex-Number 5 reunion show which should be complete craziness. I also put pictures up from the last couple shows, including last weekends' Warren Legion Show. Do we ever love VFW Halls. Anyhow...we got a couple shows in the pipeline we're just waiting to hear final word on, so stay tuned for them too. This summer's gonna get nuts. Be ready for it. -t.
